Building People Skills for Job/Life Success with Tom Montgomery

On Tuesday, Feb. 18, the Community Education Program is offering a presentation on Building People Skills for Job/Life Success. 

It will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the Superior Diesel Advanced Learning Center in Rhinelander High School.

The presentation is by Tom “Monty” Montgomery. Tom is a 1958 graduate of Rhinelander High School. He is a retired Marketing and Business teacher from Wausau West High School and he currently lives in the Rhinelander area. Tom has some interesting life experiences that he would like to share. There will be some interaction among participants, and he also plans to bring in other presenters to share their stories.

 Some of the topics will include:
• getting to know the people you can’t stand.
• surviving through skillful communication.
• bringing the best in people at their worst.
• building positive relationships with coworkers, supervisors, customers, public and self.Registration is required. There is a $5 fee to participate. To register, visit www.rhinelander.k12.wi.us/community/communityedclasses.cfm, print off, complete and mail in a registration form with payment to the address listed on the form.
