Thinking about purchasing a mobile device, like an eReader or tablet computer, but not sure what to get or where to start?

The “Going Mobile” workshop at Rhinelander District Library, Tuesday, Dec. 10 at noon, will help you get questions answered. Discover how to use an eReader device for more than just eBooks.

Erica Brewster, the Oneida County Family Living Agent at University of Wisconsin Extension, will provide participants the information they need to choose a digital device that is right for them in this hands-on workshop.

Several mobile devices–NOOK, iPad, Nexus 10, and Kindle-will be available for participants to try.

Brewster will explain “tech” terminology and the variety of options available on eReaders and tablets. She is an experienced presenter for workshops on this type of technology, and she provides this useful information in a very clear, understandable manner.

For more information, call the Rhinelander District Library at 715-365-1070.
