The Tomahawk Regional Chamber of Commerce announces the 48th Annual Tomahawk Venison Feed will be held Friday, Nov. 22, 2013, in downtown Tomahawk.

The Chamber is asking for donations of cleaned deboned Venison. The donation can be dropped off at the Chamber office during normal business hours.

“The Venison Feed is my favorite event that the Chamber hosts, the event is a time-honored tradition for our community and our visitors who come back each year,” Tamra Anderson, executive director for the Tomahawk Regional Chamber of Commerce, said. “And we need donations of cleaned deboned venison to help us keep this tradition alive”

The Venison Feed is a long-standing tradition in Tomahawk where the Chamber serves free venison hamburgers to welcome visitors and deer hunters to the area. More than 1,000 people attend the event each year to kick off the gun hunting season.

For more information, call Tamra Anderson with the Tomahawk Area Chamber of Commerce at 715-453-5334
