RHINELANDER, WI 10/3/2013-Boys Night Out and Girls Night Out is a YMCA program sponsored by United Way that is intended to enhance the spirit, mind and bodies of area youth. The program is for students in 6th-8th grade. Boys Night Out and Girls Night Out models a strong value system and in turn instills those values in area girls and boys, at a time when they need it most. Boys Night Out and Girls Night Out will meet two times a month during the school year. The boys go on every other Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. The girls go every other Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00pm. There will be an information meeting with free pizza and drinks on Thursday October 10 at 6:00pm at James William Middle School for Girls Night Out and Tuesday October 15th at 6:00pm at the YMCA for Boys Night Out.
If you know of a youth in grades 6-8 that would be interested in participating in this program or if you are interested in becoming a mentor please contact Sarah Thomaschefsky at 715-362-9622 ext 109 or [email protected] or you can contact the YMCA of the Northwoods at 715-362-9622.YMCA Boys night io
