Is this a State of Wisconsin mine or a private corporate mine?
Does this Northern Wisconsin Taconite mine feel right to you? I feel that this mine is to job creation as dismantling unions was a part of to the state budget. Why would a private Corporate mine get so much immediate and focused government attention and immediate protection while taxpayer and landowner discontent falls to a lesser more deaf ear. Why do I get the feeling that the public political muscle is being used to support private and personal gain. I hear them shout for the interest of the State of Wisconsin but that’s contrary to what I’m seeing. They have just built a political moat around the castle for protection. Opposition is being politically manipulated and controlled. Taxpayers have to ask themselves is this fair representation or is this political misrepresentation. Food for thought.
