Help Others Take Control of Their Arthritis Through Exercise
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Instructor Certification Training will be offered Thursday, October 10th at Oneida County Department on Aging from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Learn how to help others take control and manage their arthritis with this fun, safe and joint-friendly exercise class.
The workshop will provide you with the in-depth knowledge necessary to successfully lead the classes. Training curriculum includes: current arthritis information, including signs and symptoms, joint protection and safety principles, communication skills and group dynamics.
