Pinewood Ladies League Makes Donation
The ladies league at Pinewood Country Club held it’s annual banquet Tuesday, Sept. 3. The previous week they held a fundraiser to raise monies for the Kids in Need Program in Rhinelander. They put together baskets to raffle off and held a 50/50 raffle. Many people helped to put this fund raiser together and between the men?s league players and the women’s league players they were able to raise $730 in funds for the charity.Pictured, Judy Arneson, right, is presenting the check to to Tammy Ellis, left, for $730. Tammy is the coordinator for the charity. The check was presented at the ladies league banquet to Tammy.
