The YMCA will be offering four Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program classes free to the community.

The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is a community-based, recreational group exercise and education program designed specifically for people with arthritis and related disease.
The goal of the program is to help reduce pain and stiffness, and help maintain or improve mobility, muscle strength and functional ability. The Y will be offering four free classes so the community can experience the benefits of this program.
The classes will be offered Aug. 27, 29 and Sept. 3 and 5 from 1 to 2 p.m.
For more information or to register, call the Y at 715-362-9622.
