Neurobiology of sexual assault webinar presentation
Dr. Rebecca Campbell will give a presentation on the neurobiology of trauma and the criminal justice system response to sexual assault on Thursday, April 25, from noon to 1:30 p.m. The presentation will be held in Classrooms 2 and 3 of the Howard Young Medical Center in Minoqua.
Dr. Campbell will explain the underlying neurobiology of traumatic events, its emotional and physical manifestation, and how these processes can impact the investigation and prosecution of sexual assault.
