MS Walk slated for May 11 in Rhinelander
A local multiple sclerosis support group is hosting a local Walk MS event Saturday, May 11, at Rhinelander High School.
Check-in will begin at 9 a.m. and the walk will start at 10 a.m. The route is 2.5 miles long, with a rest stop.
Debbie Merkel, a contemporary Christian singer, will perform at the event. Her latest CD will be available for purchase, with a portion of the profits going to Walk MS.
The event is a fundraiser to support life-changing programs and cutting-edge research to benefit those diagnosed with MS and those who care for them.
