Obituary: Carla Ann Winkler

Carla Ann Winkler, 65 of Breitung Township passed away on Monday, April 1, 2013, at her home surrounded by family.

Carla is survived by her husband, H. Christian Winkler of Breitung Township, Mich.; her daughters, Erika A. Justus of Kingsford, Mich., and Lauren Justus (Luke Lavin) of Milwaukee; brothers, Michael C. (Mary) Rhode of Rhinelander, Mark (Enedelia) Rhode of Fayetteville, NC, Robert (Lisa) Rhode of Lake Tomahawk, and Charles Rhode of Mosinee; a sister, Lauren (El) Felton of Rhinelander; 11 nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Sunday April 7, 2013, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Erickson-Rochon and Nash Funeral Home in Iron Mountain, Mich. The Celebration of Carla’s Life will follow at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Rev. David Anderson will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in her memory.

Condolences may be expressed to the family of Carla Ann Winkler online at www.ernashfuneralhomes.com.

The family has entrusted the Erickson-Rochon & Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain with the arrangements.
