Obituary: Grant R. Hultgren

Grant R. Hultgren, 95 of Rhinelander, died on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 at Taylor Park Nursing Home, in Rhinelander. He was born on Oct. 28, 1917 to Alma and Arthur Hultgren. He is survived by his son Gary (Marilyn) Hultgren; daughter Nancy (Tim) Hasbargen; 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sisters Ivor and Vivian. Mr. Hultgren worked at Lewis Nut and Bolt as a Die Setter and was involved in contract negotiations and employee/management relations. He was an avid fisherman, spending summer vacations fishing in Canada. Memorial services will be held Saturday, Feb. 16 at 2 p.m. at Pine Grove Community Church with visitation from 1 p.m. until time of service. A memorial is being established in Grant’s name and can be directed to his family. (Carlson Funeral Home)
