CoVantage Credit Union celebrates 60th annual meeting
Members of CoVantage Credit Union are invited to attend the organization’s 60th annual membership meeting Wednesday, Feb. 20. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. in the Volm Theatre, Antigo High School, 1900 Tenth Avenue in Antigo.
All Credit Union members are encouraged to attend the meeting, where they will be asked to participate in electing two members to the credit union’s board of directors. Nominees are: Tim O’Keefe, project superintendent, Miron Construction, Wausau; Dwight Nelson, retired teacher, Wausau West High School, Wausau; Karen J. Novak, Certified Public Accountant and co-owner, Brettingen, Smits, Novak, & Bastle, S.C., Antigo.
The two candidates receiving the highest number of votes will serve on the credit union’s board of directors for the next three years. Members are encouraged to come early, as registration for the election begins at 6 p.m.
Along with the election, the business meeting will include financial reports and highlights from 2012, and a preview of what is being planned for 2013.
Current Board members of CoVantage Credit Union are: Charles Dallas, Shawano; Jenny Gretzinger, Argonne; Robert MacIntosh, Lakewood; Dwight Nelson, Wausau; Karen Novak, Antigo; Paul Payant, Antigo; and David Visser, Elcho.
Members who attend will receive a complimentary gift and a chance to win one of numerous cash prizes. A meal will be served after the meeting has adjourned.
