Letter: The decision of Judge Anderson was a travesty of justice
After all this time waiting for the gavel to fall, only to find out I’m handed a swimming noodle. It’s limp and ineffective. Boy, it sure didn’t just open a can of worms, in fact it made jaws drop and heads shake in disbelief. He has separated this hunting practice from the dog fighting statute by eliminating training. He supported and protected the use of dogs to be used to kill wolves and then he disarms and insulates the DNR from any involvement. This decision gives off an odor of influence rather than objectivity and fairness of justice. If you’re not going to do it right, why even do anything at all? Anderson went through the motions and came close to doing nothing to support justice.
Food for thought…
