Chief Canyon Soman, Wabeno, charged with operating while intoxicated, fifth offense and operating with a PAC, fifth offense. Count two dismissed. Sentenced to 2.5 years in prison, 2.5 years extended supervision, jail for one year, three years probation, driver license revoked for 36 months, fined $2,550 and to install an IID for one year.

Aaron J. Wilde, Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating while revoked. Bail continued. Review hearing Oct. 12, 2013.

Robert C. Royle, Lake Tomahawk, charged with retail theft less than $500 and felony bail jumping. Cash bond $1,000. PH Nov. 15.

Karl E. Hankey, Rhinelander, charged with manufacturing schedule I and II narcotics with intent to deliver and possession of prescriptions with intent to deliver, three counts. Counts two, three and four dismissed. Sentenced to 10 days in jail, three years of probation and fined $100.

Jay R. Zoromski, Wausau, charged with burglary to a building, nine counts. Bail continued. Arraignment Dec. 3.

Jesse L. Breivogel, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct, battery, resisting or obstructing an officer and substantial battery intending bodily harm. Signature bond $2,500. Jury trial Feb. 14.

Corey W. Stowe, Woodruff, charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense and possession of THC. Signature bond $2,500. Revocation hearing Dec. 5.

Dean K. Mann, Hazelhurst, charged with operating while intoxicated, third offense, operating with a PAC, third offense, disorderly conduct and bail jumping, two counts. Non-appearance by defendant. Warrant authorized.
