Obituary: Joanne B. Hirman

Joanne B. Hirman, 71, of Rhinelander died Oct. 17, 2012, at home. She was born Nov. 27, 1940, in Enterprise to Frank and Elsie (Meister) Ory Sr. She married Lloyd Hirman in 1960 in Raymond, Minn. She is survived by her husband; children Sherry (Erv) DeBruin, Rich (Lisa) and Jerry (Cheryl) Hirman, all of Rhinelander; eight grandchildren; a sister, Betty Feustel of Neenah; and four brothers, Frank (Vivian) Ory Jr. of Enterprise, Joe (Jackie) Ory of Rhinelander, Ervin Ory of Pelican Lake and Alan Ory of Elcho; brothers- and sisters-in-law Trina Bev, Duane (Diane), Dennis (Vicki), Stan (Diann), Gary (Rosemary), Darrell (Barb), Mike (Sandy), Brad and Kathy Hirman. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Millie Ory; an infant daughter; a sister-in-law, Sandy Hirman; brothers-in-law Gene and John Hirman; her mother-in-law, Edna Hirman; and her father-in-law, Clarence Hirman. A memorial service will be held Monday, Oct. 22 at 6 p.m. at Hildebrand-Russ Funeral Home with Fr. Tom Thakadipuram officiating. Visitation will be at the funeral home Monday from 4 p.m. until the time of service. (Hildebrand-Russ Funeral Home)
