A Craft Fair not to be missed

The Auxiliary of Howard Young Medical Center (AHYMC), has planned a fund raising event that will exceed all expectations. The second annual Harvest of Holidays Craft Fair will be held at Reuland’s Convention Center, Minocqua, on Saturday, Oct. 13.

Doors open to the public at 9 a.m. and there is no admission charge. Come early for those one-of-a-kind “treasures” crafted by local artisans.

This year’s craft fair has many new and exciting hand-crafted wearables, home decor and gift items. Volunteer crafters have been working tirelessly for many months to fill the tables and racks with unique items. Special emphasis has been placed on producing clever Wisconsin football team merchandise. Find that special something for the football fans on your list. There will be something to please everyone-a great way to shop early for gifts and seasonal decorations.

Additionally, there will be more than a dozen items included in the fun raffle. All raffle items are presently on display at Howard Young in the hall near the gift shop, where tickets are available now. Tickets will also be available all morning at the Craft Fair. AHYMC is an all-volunteer charitable organization. All profits from this event benefit the Lifeline program and area scholarships.
