Rhinelander Swim Club to start season soon
The Rhinelander Swim Club is looking forward to a new and exciting season. RSC will be holding its registration for the upcoming season on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 8 and 9, from 5 to 6:30 p.m. at the Rhinelander High School commons area. The start of the season is Oct. 15 for new swimmers and Oct. 16 for returning members.
Registration is open to area youth ages 5-19 who can swim one 25 yard length of the pool, any stroke, by the end of the free trial period. The free trial period will run from Oct. 15 through Oct. 25.
Registration costs are $175 for the season (with financial aid available) which includes all conference meets, team T-shirt, and a team swim cap.
RSC is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and furthering competitive, age-group swimming for Rhinelander area youth. All swimmers are coached in correct techniques for all elements of competitive swimming; including the four strokes, racing starts and turns. RSC competes against other teams from our area in north central Wisconsin.
