Thursday, Aug. 30

Jodi S. Duchac, Rhinelander, charged with receiving stolen property less than $2,500. Sentenced to probation for six months, fined $461 and to serve 40 hours of community service.

James S. Holder, Marinette, charged with battery-domestic abuse, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and substantial battery intending bodily harm. Sentenced to jail for 20 days and probation for 18 months.

Scott C. Trapp, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct, battery and strangulation and suffocation. Bail continued. PTC Nov. 2.

Jay W. Lloyd, Rhinelander, charged with burglary to a building, five counts. Sentenced to prison for nine years and six years of extended supervision.

Tybierious L. Jones, Tomahawk, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, retail theft less than $2,500 and bail jumping. Non-appearance by defendant. Warrant authorized.

Gregory O. Jordan, Port Edwards, charged with disorderly conduct and battery. Count two dismissed. Deferred sentenced. Review hearing Aug. 19, 2013.

Donald R. DeSautelle, Waukesha, charged with operating while intoxicated, sixth offense and PAC, sixth offense. Trial date to be determined.

Jordan S. Betts, Rhinelander, charged with exposing genitals or pubic area to a child and exposing a child to harmful material. Count two dismissed. Sentenced to 15 days in jail and probation for one year.

Brandon L. LaPalm, Rhinelander, charged with first degree recklessly endangering safety and burglary-armed with a dangerous weapon, two counts. Sentenced to two years in prison and four years extended supervision.

Friday, Aug. 31

Shannon J. Wolf, Rhinelander, charged with criminal damage to property, battery-domestic abuse, use of a dangerous weapon, strangulation and suffocation-domestic abuse, first degree recklessly endangering safety, domestic abuse, endangering safety-use of a dangerous weapon and first degree intentional homocide-domestic abuse. Bond continued. Motion hearing Sept. 13.

Monday, Sept. 4

Taylor N. Polar, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. Cash bond $750. PTC Sept. 25.

Stephanie A. Allen, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of THC with intent to deliver and possession of narcotics with intent to deliver. Bail continued. PTC Nov. 6.

Anthony G. Ellenbecker, Rhinelander, charged with theft of movable property less than $2,500. Restitution to be determined and fined $243.

Sierra R. Knuth, Rhinelander, charged with possession of methamphetamine, second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond $2,000. PTC Sept. 24.

Christopher S. Crane, Three Lakes, charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. Cash bond $150. AIA Oct. 8.

Harlan E. Bosacki, Minocqua, charged with disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. Non-appearance by defendant. Warrant authorized.

Brian J. Werley, Amherst Junction, charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense and operating with a PAC, second offense. Sentenced to jail for 15 days, probation for two years, fined $1,345, drivers license revoked for 14 months and to install an IID for one year.

Robert D. Richmeier, Woodruff, charged with disorderly conduct. Bail continued. PTC Oct. 8.

Susan L. Thomsen, Rhinelander, charged with child abuse-intentionally cause harm. Bail continued. Arraignment Nov. 6.

Mitchell A. Krueger, Rhinelander, charged with battery-domestic abuse, disorderly conduct-domestic abuse and bail jumping. Sentenced to probation for two years and restitution to be determined.

Theodore J. Lewis, Crandon, charged with bail jumping. Sentenced to probation for one year.

John Hildebrand, Rhinelander, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and distributing hazardous substances, five counts and theft in a business setting more than $2,500-$5,000. Signature bond $2,500. PH Sept. 11.

Felisha L. Peterson, Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating while revoked and IID tampering/failure to install. Bail continued. PTC Nov. 2.

Michelle R. Kmiecik, Lac du Flambeau, charged with retail theft less than $2,500 and bail jumping. Bail continued. PTC Nov. 2.

Lisa A. Potts, Lac du Flambeau, charged with operating while revoked. Deferred judgement. Bail continued. Review hearing Aug. 19, 2013.

Teresa N. Kennedy, Rhinelander, charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense, operating with a PAC, second offense and bail jumping. Bail continued. Jury trial Oct. 11.

Michael N. Larson, Conover, charged with retail theft less than $2,500, two counts, bail jumping and felony bail jumping. Sentenced to two years probation, to pay $1,214.26 in restitution and fined $263.50.

Ryan R. Gilman, Rhinelander, charged with possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping, operating while intoxicated, third offense and bail jumping. Bond continued. PH Oct. 5.

Lance J. Rutledge, Rhinelander, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, bail jumping and operating while revoked. Count three dismissed. Sentenced to probation for one year.

Sharon I. Blair, Crandon, charged with operating while revoked and felony bail jumping. Bail continued. PTC Nov. 2.

Richard A. Cooper, Rhinelander, charged with mistreatment of animals causing death, possession of THC, second offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail continued. Jury trial Dec. 20.

Jacob J. Larson, Rhinelander, charged with substantial battery intending bodily harm. Bond continued. PH Oct. 3.

Lisa A. Saykally, Bottineau, N.D., charged with theft in a business setting more than $10,000. Surety bond $15,000. PH Oct. 15.
