Aug. 19 turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day for NATH’s second annual golf scramble at Edgewater Country Club in Tomahawk. NATH hosted 37 golfers plus 10 dinner guests for the event, which included a putting contest, hole contests, raffles and dinner.

NATH is grateful to the Edgewater Country Club, golf participants and hole sponsors. Hole Sponsors for the event included Park City Credit Union, Drs. Foster & Smith, Re-Vive Stylish Resale Shop, The Modic Family, Joel and Angie Hirschhorn, Reid Rayome and Ashley May, Don and Pauline Underhill and the Huesby Family. NATH also thanks Wickersham Jewelry who sponsored the “Hole-In-One” contest with a $2,000 shopping spree (sorry, there was no winner).

The total revenue for the event was $2,266. This included a $500 donation made by Joe Duchac and a $300 donation made by Will and Shannon Miller. All proceeds will go to the operational costs for Frederick Place emergency, temporary shelter. Currently 14 people are residing at Frederick Place, including five children.

For information about Frederick Place, call NATH Executive Director Tammy Modic at (715) 369-9777.
