Thursday, July 12

Jacob P. Achterberg, Rhinelander, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, two counts, disorderly conduct and bail jumping. Counts three and four dismissed. Sentenced to nine months in jail.

Stephanie A. Allen, Lac du Flambeau, charged with possession of THC with intent to deliver and possession of narcotics with intent to deliver. Bail continued. Arraignment Aug. 6.

Lanier K. Franklin, Rhinelander, charged with manufacturing THC with intent to deliver. Non-appearance by defendant. Warrant issued.

Richard M. Breitenbach, Kaukana, charged with operating while intoxicated, fifth offense, operating with a PAC, fifth offense and possession of THC. Bail continued. PTC Sept. 4.
