The Rhinelander 12-year old All-Star Little League team is headed to the state tournament for the first time since 2001, after beating Antigo Thursday night in a wild slugfest. The All-Stars overcame a 13-run deficit to win 18-15, blasting eight homers to clinch the Wisconsin District 5 title.

The team travels to Eau Claire July 21 for the first round of state tournament play. Team members include Alec Modrow, Easton Senoraske, Jake Godin, Bradley Comer, Reeve Craig, Jacob DeMeyer, Brad Quade, Tait Spencer, Matthew Reinthaler, Owen White and Logan Freund. They are coached by Mark Senoraske, Tom Craig and Head Coach Jay DeMeyer.
