Rhinelander Trig?s announces employee promotions

Trig’s in Rhinelander is pleased to announce the following promotions:

Mike Nabbefeld has been named Assistant Store Director at Trig’s in Rhinelander. His responsibilities will include overseeing store sales activities and managing personnel. This entails leadership in areas such as customer service, scheduling, pricing, sales and promotion, budgeting and personnel management. Nabbefeld will assume his role at the Rhinelander store effective Sept. 1, 2012.

Nabbefeld has worked at Trig’s for the past 26 years. Prior to spending the last 10 years as the Grocery Department Manager at Trig’s in Eagle River, Nabbefeld worked at Trig’s Rhinelander as the Dairy/Frozen Foods Manager, Customer Service Manager, Front End Supervisor and stocker. Prior to working at Trig’s, he works at the former National Supermarket and Endicott Johnson Shoes.

Bruce Van Ess has been named Produce Department Manager at Trig’s in Rhinelander. Van Ess will be responsible for all aspects of the Produce Department, including providing excellent customer service, merchandising, pricing, invoicing, budgeting, inventory and staff management.

Van Ess has been with Trig’s for the past three years in both the dairy and produce departments. Prior to his career at Trig’s, he was a manager/owner of optical stores as well as a cafe.
