Ministry Health Care is pleased to welcome Cortney Cleereman, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), to the Ministry Medical Group clinic located at 2251 North Shore Drive inside Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander.

She specializes in diabetes management and internal medicine. “I believe in a comprehensive patient centered care approach,” said Cleereman. “The goal is to empower patients through health promotion and education so they have the knowledge and tools to make health conscious decisions.”

Cleereman has been an employee of Ministry Health Care since July 2008, most recently serving as a Nurse Practitioner Hospitalist at Ministry St. Mary’s. She received her Master of Science in Nursing Degree from Concordia University in Mequon, Wisconsin. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the Bellin College of Nursing in Green Bay.

Cleereman is honored to provide care in Rhinelander. “I value family and the sense of community,” she said. “I am thoroughly looking forward to giving back through education and health care.”
