Teresa L. Ramker

Teresa L. Ramker, 53, of Rhinelander, died, Monday, March 26, 2012 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 4, 1959, in Rhinelander, to Thomas and Alice Wozniczka. She graduated from Rhinelander High School and attended cosmetology school at Nicolet College.

Teresa married Sammy Ramker on March 4, 1996. She was in the bar business for many years, and also enjoyed camping, boating, attending Hodag Country Fest, doing puzzles, dancing, pool league, horseshoes and spending time with her family and friends.

Teresa is survived by her children, Bobbi Jo Fischer (Jesse Everson), Steven Quade (Paula Wolf), Andrew Quade (Kelly Brown), Lynn (Doug Tresness) Wojnowski, Maria (David) Penn, Sammy (Kelly) Ramker, Cindy Sue Ramker and Cheri Rae Ramker. Teresa is also survived by her mother, Alice Wozniczka, her siblings, Kathee Groner (Jay Kennedy), Joyce Wozniczka, and Jim Wozniczka (Debbie Shepard). She is further survived by 16 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews and her millions of self-adopted kids (they know who they are), and her dogs, Tiny and Eva. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sammy; and her father.

A Celebration of Teresa’s life will be held on Saturday, March 31, at 1 p.m., at Sammy Jr’s Bar at 801 Coon Street in Rhinelander.
