We are writing to express our support for John O’Melia for Oneida County Circuit Court Judge.

We first met Mr. O’Melia when we moved to Rhinelander more than 30 years ago. He came in to the office late on a Friday evening to assist in the closing on the purchase of our home. By doing this, he allowed us to start our new life in the Northwoods, and certainly gave us a feel for the hospitality of the Northwoods people.

We feel he is a very kind and gracious man, and went above and beyond our expectations by coming into the office. As we have gotten to know him over the years, we know this was not just a random act of kindness, but that he shows everyone this same respect and graciousness.

Mr. O’Melia has been actively involved in the community for many years, and is very in-tune to what is going on in the Northwoods. We feel he is highly qualified for the job, as he has shown strong leadership qualities over the years. We feel he will serve the Northwoods well as Oneida County Circuit Court Judge.
