On Tuesday, Feb. 28, juniors at Rhinelander High School will be experiencing the Mad Money Financial Simulation. From 8:30 to 11:30 a.m., over 250 students will be transported into the future, given various careers and life situations, and will experience balancing their budget when obtaining housing, transportation, food, household necessities, clothing, day care, and other wants and needs.

Rhinelander Partners in Education is sponsoring this event which allows students to interact with 20 different business professionals as they obtain their goods and services, while at the same time making sure they are staying within their budget.

After lunch, students will participate in an interactive session with presenter Robert Sjoberg of Dynamic Personalities as they learn about building positive interpersonal relationships. The event will take place in the Jim Miazga Community Gymnasium at Rhinelander High School.

For more information, call Leah Van Zile, President – Partners In Education, at (715) 369-7179, or Kim Swisher, Community Education Coordinator at (715) 365-9745.
