Ministry Health Care and The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Inc., (ABPN) congratulate an ABPN diplomate in Psychiatry. Dr. Meredith Holbrook successfully passed the Initial Certification Examiniation in Psychiatry on Jan 13.

In becoming Board certified, Dr. Holbrook has completed rigorous training and achieved the gold standard in each of the six core competencies of patient care, medical knowledge, interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, system-based practice and practice-based learning and improvement to practice quality specialized medicine in psychiatry.

Dr. Holbrook joins five board-certified psychiatrists who offer services in Ministry Health Care’s northern region, including Dr. Carol Barber, Dr. Gabi Hangiandreou, Dr. Mandeep Singh, Dr. Lee Wheeler and Dr. Herb White. Ministry Behavioral Health also includes psychologists, substance abuse counselors, therapists and nurse practitioners who provide complete diagnostic evaluations and expert treatment for individuals, groups, couples and families.
