Jesse J. Billmann, Minocqua, charged with possession of THC. Fined $328.50. Review hearing April 16.

Samuel R. Cacas Jr., Manitowish Waters, charged with operating without a valid license, third offense and bail jumping, two counts. Cash bond $500. Review hearing Jan. 30.

Gregory A. DeRosier, Rhinelander, charged with third degree sexual assault-domestic abuse, two counts, battery-intimidate victim/dissuade reporting, domestic abuse, intimidate victim/threaten force, domestic abuse and felony bail jumping, two counts. Sentenced to prison for 2.5 years, extended supervision for 2.5 months, jail for four months and probation for six years.

Isaiah J. Stadler, Tomahawk, charged with burglary to a dwelling. Sentenced to probation for one year.

Chadwick M. Pagel, Pulaski, charged with operating while intoxicated, second offense and operating with a PAC, second offense. Count two dismissed. Sentenced to jail for seven days, probation for two years, drivers license revoked for 16 months, fined $1,022 and to install an IID for 12 months.

Zelda P. McCarty, Rhinelander, charged with manufacturing with intent to deliver amphetamines and possession of THC. Bail continued. PH Feb. 23.

John L. Hildebrand, Rhinelander, charged with manufacturing amphetamines with intent to deliver, five counts, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of THC with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail continued. PH Feb. 10.
