Wednesday, Dec. 21

Benjamin L. Houle, Rhinelander, charged with burglary to a dwelling, two counts, theft of movable property less than $2,500, criminal damage to property more than $2,500, theft of movable property more than $5,000-$10,000, bail jumping, two counts, operating while revoked, felony bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, two counts, disorderly conduct, domestic abuse, battery-domestic abuse and operating while intoxicated, third offense. Bail continued. PTC Jan. 10 and Feb. 21.

Mildred J. Maki-Meagher, Minocqua, charged with theft in a business setting less than $2,500, two counts. Ordered to pay $11,994.05 in restitution.

James M. Gross, Crystal Lake, Ill., charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail continued. PTC Feb. 7.

Shaunice M. King, Keshena, charged with retail theft less than $2,500, operating without a valid license, second offense and felony bail jumping. Count two dismissed. Sentenced to one year of probation and fined $326.

James E. Frahm, Rhinelander, charged with operating while intoxicated, fourth offense and operating while revoked. Property bond $10,000. Arraignment Jan. 9.

Duane R. Luse, Merrill, charged with operating while intoxicated, seventh offense, operating with a PAC, seventh offense and disorderly conduct.

Bail continued. Motion hearing to be set.

Preston W. Hull, Rhinelander, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sentenced to jail for 90 days.

Hilton R. Collins, Rhinelander, charged with strangulation and suffocation-domestic abuse and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. Signature bond $5,000. AIA Jan. 17.

Michelle L. James, Woodruff, charged with retail theft less than $2,500 and possession of drug paraphernalia. Signature bond $1,000. AIA Jan. 23.

Wendell J. Boivin, Rhinelander, charged with taking and driving a vehicle without consent. Cash bond $1,000. PH Jan. 3.

Thursday, Dec. 22

Gabrielle D. Mitchell, Lac du Flambeau, charged with retail theft less than $2,500. Fined $250.

Tamara S. Swenson, Rhinelander, charged with harboring and aiding a felon. Bail continued. PTC March 27.

Tuesday, Dec. 27

Jordan G. Ashton, Three Lakes, charged with possession of THC with intent to deliver. Signature bond $2,500. AIA Jan. 23.

Christopher N. Galligan, Pelican Lake, charged with operating while intoxicated, fourth offense. Cash bond $2,500. AIA Feb. 14.

Derek J. Scharp, Rhinelander, charged with strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. Signature bond $2,500. Preliminary hearing date to be determined.

Ronald R. Reese, Eagle River, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct-domestic abuse. Signature bond $3,000 PTC Feb. 14.
